Video cable should be connected like this:
Pin 16 of Scart via resistor to pin 7 of DB9 (5V) to switch TV to RGB mode
Pin 8 of Scart via resistor 1k to pin 6 of DB9 (12V) to auto switch TV to scart input
Pin 15 of Scart to pin 1 of DB9 (RED)
Pin 11 of Scart to pin 2 of DB9 (GREEN)
Pin 7 of Scart to pin 3 of DB9 (BLUE)
Pins 5, 9, 13 of Scart to pin 5 of DB9 (GROUND)
